Who is Ruben's Conseil?
Founded in 2019 by Bérangère Kinsemi, Ruben's Conseil is an IT consulting and management service company that supports firms in the strategic implementation of their process. Thanks to the strategic vision and the vast experience of Bérangère Kinsemi, Ruben's Conseil supports and coaches you in your large-scale projects.
Biography of the Founder :
It is because she was well aware that computer engineering was a field of the future that Bérangère Kinsemi joined the École centrale électronique de Paris in 2004 then Ingésup Paris, after a brief stint in nursing. The one who did not yet know what an algorithm was quickly had to make her place in a student group mainly made up of young men by focusing on her gray matter value.
It was after leaving school that Bérangère discovered all the possible professions linked to her training. She has also had the chance to work in the largest French banks and to be included in strategic projects as project manager, MOA and also back-end developer.
Motivated by her desire to know what is happening elsewhere, Bérangère will apply for VIE at Société Générale in New York, to finally come second in the internship race. This is when she will apply for a WHV, go to visit the Montreal region, then fall in love with Canada. A few months later, charmed by the open-mindedness of Quebeckers, she left Paris to try her luck in Montreal.
Her time in Montreal will be very significant in her career since she will integrate multidisciplinary teams on large-scale agile projects, which will allow her to make her place as coach, product owner and program manager. She will have the opportunity to work for CGI, a major Canadian consulting firm, where she will be entrusted with assignments in large companies such as Desjardins, Hydro-Quebec and the City of Montreal. She then moved internally as an analyst at the National Bank of Canada.
Back in France, she will then work in a consulting firm, setting up end-to-end projects. And since we do not know what will be done tomorrow, it is driven by her own convictions that Bérangère Kinsemi created her own company.
